Shiver is an AI automation company that helps businesses reduce repetitive work and scale operations without adding staff. It builds custom AI agents designed to work as an extension of each business, handling tasks such as follow-ups, CRM updates, data transfer, email communication, onboarding, and moving work between team members. Rather than offering generic templates, Shiver develops agents around a company’s workflows and connects them to the tools it already uses.

The service follows a four-step process: identifying bottlenecks and automation opportunities, building and deploying agents, integrating them with existing business tools, and expanding the AI workforce as needs grow. Shiver says a first agent can be live in 14 days, with the goal of reducing manual effort, improving execution, and helping teams increase output without increasing payroll. The company offers strategy calls to map potential automation opportunities and provides a roadmap, including when a stated efficiency target cannot be demonstrated.
