Shiwataï

Shiwataï Boxing is a Muay Thaï Boran club based at Gymnase Jean-Dame in central Paris. Founded in 1993, the club offers more than 30 years of teaching rooted in the body, mind, and tradition. Its approach combines traditional Muay Boran techniques with sporting Muay Thai and boxing-based cardio, adapting the practice for self-defense.

Training also emphasizes mental strength, confidence, and concentration, creating a well-rounded experience beyond physical conditioning. The club incorporates sports massage and meditation to support recovery and calm. Classes take place on Wednesdays from 8:30 to 10:30 p.

m. and Sundays from 11 a. m.

to 1 p. m. at 17 rue Léopold Bellan, near Sentier metro station on Line 3.
