Shmaya Organization strives to enable individuals of all ages to reach their achievements, despite challenges or limitations, with respect, trust, and recognition of their abilities and skills. Our mission is to provide new opportunities and tailored tools, utilizing a professional and groundbreaking approach, to lead to excellence and success. Our areas of expertise include supported employment, protected employment, housing, child development, culture, education, and hearing aids.

Shmaya offers services such as translations and transcriptions for Zoom students during the war, assistance for displaced families in the north, and the establishment of a vocational center for people with disabilities in collaboration with Bnei David. Additionally, we provide employment kits for children, including cookie-making kits, and are involved in emergency activities such as applying for grants for the Vision and Hearing Foundation for the year 2024.
