Led by licensed architect Jared Banks, AIA, Shoegnome Architects was founded in 2010 to promote the use of Archicad and BIM in residential firms. In 2015, our brand transitioned into a hybrid of BIM consultancy and architecture firm. We collaborate closely with other small firms, including Grayform Architecture in Houston, TX, and westerbeck|architecture in Bothell, WA.

As avid supporters of Building Information Modeling (BIM), we offer services tailored to architects, specifically those using Archicad, our preferred BIM software. Additionally, we have an Archicad template available for download on our website. Jared Banks is highly involved in the architectural community, having been a member of the AIA since 2010 and serving on various committees and advisory groups.

He also organizes and runs the Seattle Area Archicad User Group. Wondering about the quirky name?
