Shogi Harbour is an online community that brings together shogi players and enthusiasts from around the world, with a welcoming atmosphere for beginners and experienced players alike. Founded by Karolina Fortin, a Polish Ladies Professional Shogi Player, the community grew from her goal of promoting shogi internationally. Shogi Harbour connects members through Discord, where it reports having more than 2,000 followers, and regularly organizes events and tournaments.

Players can take part in online activities including Lishogi Arenas, a Weekly Shogi Ladder, the World Shogi League, and the Tourney To Series. The nine-round Tourney To Series offers categories for different skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, and gives participants the chance to play a shogi professional on stream. The site also features tournament rules, art contests, and finished-tournament information.
