Doggy and the City provides real-grass potty pads for dogs, serving customers in Los Angeles and Orange County, California. Designed as a convenient alternative to indoor pee pads and late-night outdoor walks, the natural grass patches offer dogs the familiar scent and feel of the outdoors while helping absorb odors. They are suitable for homes and a range of other spaces, including apartments, balconies, porches, garages, RVs, and boats.

Customers choose a patch size and delivery schedule through a subscription, with plans starting at $28 per delivery. Fresh grass is delivered to the door, and the company says patches are harvested and delivered the same day. The pads arrive ready to use: place one in a lightweight tray, then replace it when a new patch arrives. Used grass can be discarded in the trash or a green compost bin. The service includes free shipping, a complimentary potty box, and disposable gloves with each delivery. Customers can skip or pause deliveries, or change or cancel their plan at any time.
