Shora Shirzad

Shora Shirzad is a technology executive and founder focused on digital transformation, applied AI, enterprise architecture, and spatial systems. With more than ten years of experience spanning applied research and development, software engineering, and business process transformation, Shirzad helps leaders turn complex technical and organizational challenges into clear decisions and deliverable systems. Shirzad is the founder of Morphenix, where the current focus includes applied AI, spatial computing, and software and systems development, with an emphasis on scalable architectures and platform integration. From 2019 to 2024, Shirzad founded and led Mapstar AG as CEO, overseeing strategy, operations, organizational development, and platform and team leadership. During that period, Mapstar announced a smartphone app for mapping physical spaces and adding spatial content, and took part in a reported extended-reality retail pilot.
