Uppsala Short Film Festival is an annual event that takes place from October 23rd to 29th, 2023 at Reginateatern, Fyris, and Slotts. Over the course of seven days, the festival showcases 300 short films from 70 countries, providing a diverse and captivating cinematic experience. Beyond the films, Uppsala Short Film Festival offers various programs and services.

For aspiring filmmakers, they organize Uppsala Talent Days and Short Film Pitch, providing opportunities to showcase their talent and pitch their ideas. The festival also features a virtual platform called Short Film Festival Play, allowing viewers from across Sweden to enjoy parts of the festival program from the comfort of their homes. Furthermore, Uppsala Short Film Festival goes beyond just films.

Throughout the festival week, visitors can also enjoy the festival bar, Taps Beer Bar, which offers discounts to all attendees. Additionally, on Saturday, October 29th, there will be a grand party at Uppsala Brygghus from 9 PM to 3 AM.
