Short Mountain Holiday is a family-built luxury dome retreat on 30 private acres at the highest point in Middle Tennessee, about an hour east of Nashville. Designed for quiet escapes, the property pairs secluded natural surroundings with thoughtful comforts and panoramic ridgeline views. Guests can book one of two geodesic domes: South Cove or North Ridge.
Each accommodates up to four people and features a custom king bed, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, climate control, fiber WiFi, and floor-to-ceiling windows. South Cove has a loft with two twin beds, while North Ridge offers a queen loft mattress and a smart projector for in-room movie nights. Both domes include a private hot tub, gas fire pit, and gas grill, with outdoor seating positioned to enjoy the landscape and night skies.
Short Mountain Holiday offers direct booking, allowing guests to avoid third-party service fees. The owners are also developing a third dome, East Hill, and a Nordic spa planned to include a sauna, cold plunge, and heated rest pool
