Shrinkty is a Tennessee-based mental health provider offering evidence-based psychiatric care to people ages 13 and up. Services are available through secure telehealth anywhere in Tennessee and in person at offices in Murfreesboro, McMinnville, and Dickson. Care is provided by a medical team led by a board-certified psychiatrist, alongside physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and licensed therapy professionals.

The practice offers psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and follow-up care, as well as individual therapy and counseling. Specialized services include structured ADHD testing with a written report, GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing to help guide medication choices, and supervised Spravato (esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression. Shrinkty supports people experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma, OCD, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns.

New patients can submit a form so the team can review their needs, verify insurance, and help match them with a provider. Most major insurance plans are accepted, including BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Medicare, and TRICARE. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, by video or in person.
