Shukokai-Karate-Limmattal

KSI Karate Limmattal is a karate club serving the Limmattal area of Switzerland. It teaches Kimura Shukokai Karate, a dynamic style known for combining speed, power and controlled movement through efficient use of the body’s natural mechanics. The approach also emphasizes respect, discipline and the principles associated with the style’s founder, Soke Shigeru Kimura.

The club offers karate training for different ages and interests, including Bonsai Karate, children’s programs and KarateFITness. Its timetable and course information help members find suitable sessions, while listed options such as instalment payments support participation. The club also provides self-defence training and learning resources, including kata material and guidance on grading.

Beyond regular classes, KSI Karate Limmattal fosters a community through events, examinations, open days and competitions. Its calendar, news, photo galleries, videos and social media help members and visitors follow activities and achievements. The club is connected with other KSI organisations in Switzerland and internationally, and shares information about its dojo, instructors, values, rules and training.
