ORI Martin Group

Siderurgica Latina Martin S.r.l. (SLM) is an Italian steel manufacturer based in Ceprano, in the Frosinone area, and part of the Ori Martin group. Established in 1965, the company specializes in high-carbon wire products for concrete reinforcement, prestressing systems and post-tensioned structural engineering. Its range includes seven-wire and two- or three-wire prestressing strand, prestressing wire, and medium- to high-carbon wire, including phosphate cold-drawn spring wire. Products are manufactured to recognized international standards and serve applications such as ground anchors for foundations, slope stabilization and excavation support, as well as post-tensioned floors, viaducts and bridges.

SLM’s production process covers pickling and pre-coating, cold drawing and stranding. Steel wire rod is chemically descaled and coated to support lubrication, then drawn through successive dies to achieve required dimensions and mechanical properties. For seven-wire strand, six wires are helically wound around a central wire. Drawing on the group’s steelmaking resources and technical expertise, SLM supplies a broad selection of steel for structural applications.
