Sierra Mind-Body Wellness is an integrative wellness practice based in Grass Valley, California, offering complementary and alternative approaches to support health and well-being. Its practitioners emphasize collaborative relationships and evidence-based techniques intended to address underlying difficulties rather than simply mask symptoms. The practice describes its methods as natural, positive, and free from judgment, and offers sessions in person as well as by phone, FaceTime, or Zoom upon request.
Services include hypnosis consultations, where clients discuss goals and develop a personalized self-help program, and hypnosis sessions focused on supporting changes in responses, behaviors, thoughts, attitudes, and feelings. Massage therapy is tailored to individual needs and may combine deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, TMJ release, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and hot stone techniques. Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is also available, drawing on principles from osteopathy and related fields.
The team includes Selva Legare, a registered craniosacral therapist and certified massage therapist, and Tom Daniel, who holds a Ph.D. in Integrative Wellness. Sierra Mind-Body offers consultations and appointment booking.
