About Sifty
Sifty is an organization dedicated to education in the field of health and healthcare. Their goal is to improve health awareness so that everyone has at least basic health information to avoid potential issues due to lack of knowledge. They believe in a health foundation that everyone should know, presented in a simple, understandable, and verified manner.
Sifty conducts research on health and healthcare, writes articles, and creates easily comprehensible infographics available on their website, www. sifty. eu.
They also deliver tailored lectures supported by studies to high schools on various topics like (Un)healthy lifestyle and risk factors, pharmacovigilance and the ten commandments of medications, (In)activity and how to think about our body in a sedentary age, and the essential role of nutrition and sleep for our health.
