Iโm Jade and I have a little brother called Christian who has a type of brain injury called HIE, this was caused by him being still born for 24 minutes. We setup Sign Along With Us to teach sign language to our family and friends so Christian and others would not feel isolated. See our choir on Britain's Got Talent

Sign Along With Us is a sign-language initiative founded by Jade Kilduff and her younger brother Christian to help people communicate and feel included. After Christian was diagnosed with hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy (HIE), cerebral palsy, visual impairments, global developmental delay and sensory processing disorder, Jade began signing with him. Although doctors had said he would not communicate, Christian began signing back after 18 months and now signs around 250 words, as well as saying some words.
Inspired by their progress, the siblings shared signing videos online and began teaching classes at a local community centre. These classes led to the Sign Along With Us Choir, an inclusive group that celebrates its members and their achievements. The organisation encourages families, friends and wider communities to learn sign language and reduce isolation for people who face communication barriers.
Through its website, Sign Along With Us shares its journey and videos, and provides information about classes, choir activities and tours, alongside a gallery, blog and online shop
