Fundacja SIGNA TEMPORUM is a Polish foundation dedicated to educating young people and encouraging adults to become informed, engaged citizens. Its mission emphasizes remembering the past while seeking new solutions for the common good and the future of younger generations. The foundation focuses on history and national heritage, including the development of the structures of NSZZ Solidarność in Warsaw and the Mazovian region.
It gathers documents and historical materials and uses them in presentations and other educational activities. Its work also includes organizing events that preserve the memory of political prisoners. Among its projects is a recurring gathering in Hrubieszów for people imprisoned there for political reasons in 1982–1983, organized in cooperation with NSZZ Solidarność in Hrubieszów.
The foundation shares photographs, archival documents, videos and project materials through its website, alongside information about its initiatives and activities. It also invites volunteers to help collect materials for future presentations. Through education, remembrance and community collaboration, SIGNA TEMPORUM connects Poland’s recent history with civic responsibility and the possibilities of the future
