Sign of Love

Sign of Love is an early-stage project exploring how Apple Vision Pro and augmented reality can support American Sign Language education. Its vision is to make ASL learning more engaging through an interactive spatial app. The current prototype focuses on recording and recalling gestures, helping users build a personal library of signs.

Its planned and developing capabilities include gesture management, machine-learning-based pose estimation, temporal consistency checking, and confidence scoring for recognized gestures. Sign of Love also describes an interactive initial user interface, with animations and aspects of the user experience still in development. Progress tracking is intended to show skill levels, basic learning statistics, and databases of mastered letters and words.

The project is at an early exploration stage, and its team aims to refine the approach and investigate how spatial computing might enrich sign language education. The brand invites people to join its waitlist, share ideas, and help shape a joyful ASL learning experience
