It links each runner’s event record across registration, payment, race-day check-in, timing, results, finisher certificates, and race photos, reducing the need to manage information in separate tools.

Organizers can create public registration forms with event-specific fields, individual or team entries, cup limits, and self-service runner profiles. Payment features include Mercado Pago with automatic splits, installment plans and reminders, bank transfers with proof of payment, and USD payments for international participants. On race day, teams can assign bib numbers, check in runners, monitor progress, and export data for insurance or external timing services. SignUp.ar also provides mobile timing with multiple checkpoints and live tracking.

The platform supports promotional campaigns, discount codes, registration analytics, public results, category standings, and historical records. Runners receive an account to manage registrations, installments, invoices, results, and downloadable certificates.
