About Národní asociace pacientských organizací
Národní asociace pacientských organizací (NAPO) is a collective force representing the interests of patients in the Czech Republic. We support and empower our 42 member organizations in their important work of advocating for patient rights and well-being. With a focus on key areas such as healthcare policies, patient participation in decision-making, medication policies, and building the capacity of patient organizations, we strive to improve the quality and accessibility of care.
Additionally, we promote preventive measures and health literacy to empower patients and ensure their voices are heard. NAPO actively engages with stakeholders, including international organizations, to fight for the universal health security of patients. Through our partnerships and collaborations, we aim to positively impact the lives of patients and contribute to healthcare advancements.
