Silent Fist

Silent Fist Karate is a family-oriented martial arts program offering classes in Newark and additional dojo locations in New Jersey and Maryland. Its approach presents karate as a lifestyle, combining martial arts training with a holistic focus on personal development. The program teaches self-defense and is designed for people with and without disabilities. Through training, students can work on discipline, self-control, focus, self-awareness, respect, and confidence.

Classes are available for several age groups and interests, including Little Warriors for children ages 3–6, children’s martial arts for ages 7–17, and adult martial arts for those 18 and older. Silent Fist Karate also offers self-defense, cardio, and fitness classes, along with free trial classes. The organization highlights its qualified instructors, who together have more than 40 years of experience in karate and taekwondo. Its website provides class and event registration, a calendar, training videos, a photo gallery, a shop, and information about sponsors, donations, and awards. Prospective students can contact the organization by phone for details about classes and registration.
