About Silentworld Foundation
Silentworld Foundation is a brand that celebrates a 35-year love affair with maritime history and the extraordinary achievements of brave mariners. Their collection showcases the exploration of Australia and the colonization of the continent from the 15th to 19th centuries. Comprising over 2,000 original objects, the collection features maps, paintings, manuscripts, shipwreck material, coins, medallions, and historical artifacts.
It emphasizes the interaction between Indigenous and colonial cultures during this period when Australia emerged as part of the world's understanding. The Silentworld Collection focuses on the world's emerging knowledge of Australia and the European exploration that sought military advantage, fame, fortune, and scientific endeavor.
