Silhouette Saddlery is a family-run British saddle maker founded in Walsall in 1991 by master saddle maker Michael Poole. Made in England and ridden worldwide, its bespoke saddles are crafted from fine leather and built on a wood-laminate tree. Each saddle is made to order, with more than 50 custom options to help riders choose distinctive details and a design suited to their needs.
The collection includes saddles for dressage, jumping and eventing, general-purpose riding, showing and polo. Designs aim to support comfort, balance and freedom of movement for both horse and rider. Silhouette also offers finely crafted accessories, including stirrup leathers and girths.
Fitting is an important part of the service. Experienced fitters guide customers through measurements and adjustments, and a fitting guarantee offers added reassurance. Riders can also begin at home with a saddle-fitting kit and guidance from the team. Based in the heart of the UK saddle-making tradition, Silhouette supplies customers through trusted distributors in the United States, Europe and other markets, and welcomes new trade partners.
