Its platform supports four areas: cross-border logistics, auctions, market intelligence, and mobile tools for trainers, owners, and shippers.

The company’s two products are BidXSell and TRAX. BidXSell is an online auction platform offering real-time bidding, verified consignments, and transaction settlement for buyers and breeders across the Gulf, Europe, and North Africa. TRAX tracks shipments from departure to arrival, with climate-related telemetry, customs coordination, and supporting documentation. Silkroad also provides bloodline analytics, price trends, and regional market insights, alongside mobile applications with Arabic and English support and offline-first transit features.
