The Silk Road Spice Merchant is a family business located in Calgary, Alberta and serving all of Canada. Inspired by the senses, we are passionate about the ability of spices to transform a standard kitchen into an incredible adventure. Our journey began in 2008 when we realized how difficult it was to find the spices, herbs, and chiles we needed for our recipes.
This led us to open our own specialty shop, offering a complete range of spices, herbs, chiles, and seasonings from around the world. We take pride in sourcing the finest products available, buying regularly in small batches to ensure freshness. Our spice blends are hand-mixed and developed by us, using fresh ingredients and devoid of cheap fillers.
