Silvabird

Silvabird is an email hosting service designed for people who want greater privacy, control, and flexibility. The company describes its service as entirely EU-based and powered by renewable energy. Customers use their own domain, helping them create a personalized email address and avoid being tied to a particular provider. Silvabird is currently in early access, with prospective users invited to join its waiting list.

The service includes conversation-based email organization, scheduled sending, and protection against sender tracking, so whether a message has been opened is kept private. Users can choose dark or light mode and enable or disable brand avatars. Those who prefer another email client can connect through IMAP and SMTP, with access secured using revocable device credentials rather than the account’s real password. Contacts are also included and can be synchronized across devices through CardDAV.

Silvabird provides support and separate email contacts for abuse reports and delivery issues. Its focus is a modern email experience that combines practical features with privacy-conscious hosting.
