SIMAC School of Mind Body and Spirit

SIMAC MMA is a UK mixed martial arts and martial arts training provider offering classes for children and adults at different ages and fitness levels. Its programmes are developed by Silvio Simac and combine physical activity with structure, confidence-building and practical skills. Super Simacs introduces children aged 3 to 6 to martial arts, while junior classes serve children generally aged 7 to 14. Adult classes are open to people of varied abilities and include training focused on fitness, weight loss and self-defence.

For children, the programme highlights discipline, respect, concentration, coordination, confidence, goal setting and anti-bullying skills. SIMAC MMA also promotes benefits such as improved behaviour and temper control. Classes are offered in Hayes, Hillingdon, West Drayton and Bracknell, with schedules varying by location and age group. The organisation provides enrolment information and class timetables online, and invites prospective members to get in touch or join. New members are offered a uniform and a licence or membership book upon joining, and the site states that training is fully insured.
