Simon Rogan

Simon Rogan is a renowned British chef who has made a name for himself in the culinary world. With a background shaped by his experiences working under acclaimed chefs, he has risen through the ranks to become a chef and patron of his own brand. At the core of Simon Rogan's philosophy is his dedication to flavor.

When he first opened his restaurant, L'Enclume, he prioritized creating dishes that were deeply connected to the ingredients used. However, he realized that the local area lacked high-quality ingredients. This led him to make a shift in his thinking and actively seek out the best local produce available.

Driven by his commitment to sourcing the finest ingredients, Simon Rogan took the initiative to establish his own farm in The Lake District, where he could grow superior ingredients to create innovative and flavorful dishes. This connection to the surroundings and natural resources of his home has allowed him to create a unique dining experience. In addition to his restaurants, Simon Rogan offers a range of products and services through his brand.

From gift vouchers and hampers to kitchen and dining items, customers can bring a taste of his culinary expertise into their own homes.
