Simply Sleep is a brand dedicated to helping parents and children achieve the restful sleep they need. Founded by friends Emma and Bek, who share a deep appreciation for sleep, Simply Sleep aims to make sleep the new normal for families struggling with sleep deprivation. Emma, a Sleep Consultant and Co-founder, understands firsthand the challenges of sleepless nights with a baby and the toll it takes on overall well-being.
After seeking the help of a sleep consultant and experiencing life-changing results, Emma decided to train as a sleep consultant herself to support other families. On the other hand, Bek, the Marketing Co-founder, also went through the struggles of sleep deprivation and discovered the science behind infant sleep. Together, they provide comprehensive services and gentle, effective strategies to guide families in establishing healthy sleep habits for their children.
