Simply Unique-Lanka is a non-profit Guarantee Limited Company that is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty in Sri Lanka. Founded in 2020, it is the new legal form of the Swiss Foundation Silvia's Kinderhilfe, which has been operating since 1991. The foundation initially ran a registered orphanage for 24 years but has now expanded its objectives.

Simply Unique-Lanka aims to improve the living standards of underprivileged and disadvantaged children, youth, and single mothers by providing them with essential welfare requirements. The organization also focuses on education, empowering the youth and single mothers to become self-sufficient and engage in self-employment ventures. Additionally, Simply Unique-Lanka strives to create employment opportunities for those living in underprivileged and disadvantaged circumstances.

Located in Hikkaduwa, Simply Unique-Lanka is supported by private Swiss citizens through community-based fundraising efforts.
