SimServiceHub is a platform that connects households and businesses across Nigeria with skilled local Trade People for repairs, projects, and other home services. Customers can search by trade and state, explore professional profiles, review work histories, and post a job with a photo and budget. Vetted Trade People in the customer’s state can then submit quotes, allowing customers to compare prices and estimated timelines before choosing who to hire.

The service is designed to keep the process organised and payments protected. SimServiceHub says it checks Trade People’s identities before they can quote, and holds customer payments in escrow until the customer confirms that the work is complete. Customers can then leave a review. Job conversations and details can be managed in one place, helping users keep track of their work from request to completion.

Available across all 36 Nigerian states and the Federal Capital Territory, SimServiceHub also invites Trade People to join the platform and connect with potential customers. The service is provided by Simul Management Solutions Ltd.
