Simtech Aviation

Simtech Aviation is an award-winning pilot training organisation based near Dublin Airport, delivering airline-focused training since 2001. A leading European Approved Training Organisation, it works with more than fifteen airlines and reports that its graduates have been hired by over 70 airlines worldwide. Its purpose-built, 1,860-square-metre facility houses fixed-base Boeing 737-800NG and full-motion Airbus A320 and ATR72 simulators, supported by experienced instructors and a specialist engineering team.

Simtech’s courses prepare student pilots for airline operations and assessments. Training includes EASA and UK CAA Advanced Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation (APS MCC), EASA-approved MCC, and ATR type ratings. The company also provides full-flight simulator operations and wet and dry training. APS MCC and MCC programmes combine ground school with simulator hours, developing pilots’ multi-crew skills and readiness for airline procedures.

Working closely with airline partners, Simtech guides cadets before, during and after training, and advises them about potential First Officer opportunities and airline-specific requirements. Its services also support airline and corporate customers, with training across Boeing, Airbus and ATR aircraft types.
