Sina Pferdeosteopathie

Sina Pferdeosteopathie is an equine osteopathy practice run by Sina in the Schwäbisch Hall district of Germany. The practice offers individually tailored, holistic treatments intended to identify and address physical restrictions in horses, improve mobility, ease pain and support the body’s self-regulation. Sina assesses each horse as a whole before selecting suitable manual techniques, which may focus on the musculoskeletal system, internal organs or the craniosacral system.

An appointment includes a history-taking conversation, observation at rest, gait analysis, hands-on assessment of tissues and joints, and a check of the teeth before treatment. Owners also receive guidance for aftercare, including at least 48 hours of rest and access to free movement. A follow-up may be recommended two to four weeks later, depending on the horse’s response and condition.

Additional services include leech therapy, offered to help ease pain, influence inflammation and promote circulation. Sina trained as a human physiotherapist, completed a two-year equine osteopathy program at DIPO in 2019, and continues professional development in equine osteopathy and physiotherapy.
