About Sindbad
Sindbad is a brand dedicated to supporting young individuals in their transition from compulsory school to further education through an 8 to 12-month 1:1 mentoring program. Our vision is to create a society where young people connect with each other and seize opportunities, regardless of their social background. As part of the program, participating students (mentees) are paired with personal mentors aged between 20 and 35.
Together, they navigate the successful entry into higher education or vocational training. Mentors gain insight into a new life environment, while mentees receive personalized guidance to help shape their future plans. Whether you are a young adult seeking a suitable school or apprenticeship, someone looking to make a social impact, or a company interested in fostering social sustainability, Sindbad offers tailored support.
