About Singapore Book Publishers Association
The Singapore Book Publishers Association (SBPA), established in 1968, is a representative body for publishers in Singapore engaged in various publishing, marketing, and distribution activities in both print and digital formats. With 67 full members and eight associates, the SBPA serves as a platform for collaboration and shared learning among industry professionals.
Full membership is granted to companies whose publishing activities constitute at least 51% of their business, while associate members are businesses that support or are related to the book publishing industry. The book publishing industry in Singapore is diverse and encompasses three main categories: General or Trade, Educational, and Professional/STM and Scholarly.
