Their flagship product, CapitaVoucher, is a shopping voucher that has made the transition to a fully digital format to keep up with the ongoing digitalization efforts. From 1 July 2023, physical CapitaVouchers will no longer be accepted as a mode of payment at participating retailers.

Instead, customers are encouraged to use eCapitaVouchers, which can be easily accessed through the CapitaStar app. Shoppers who still have physical CapitaVouchers can convert them to STAR$®, which can be used to redeem eCapitaVouchers, merchant deals, or even carpark redemption vouchers. The conversion can be done at customer service counters across participating CapitaLand malls from 2 May 2023 to 30 September 2023.
