Sinn und Vertrauen

Sinn & Vertrauen is a Munich-based maternal wellness practice founded by Ricarda, a mother of two who supports women from pregnancy through the early years of motherhood. Drawing on her personal experience and professional training, Ricarda aims to promote maternal wellbeing, strengthen recognition of the postpartum period, and help clients connect with their own instincts and natural strength.

Services include pregnancy massage, postpartum massage at home, and the Mami-Auszeit relaxation massage. Treatments are tailored to individual needs and may incorporate dōTERRA essential oils and the sound experience of a KlangEi. Ricarda also offers five-week Ayurvedic baby massage courses, as well as individual or small-group sessions, helping parents learn gentle techniques for connecting with their babies. For postpartum recovery and reflection, clients can book Rebozo rituals or learn the Malaysian Bengkung Belly Binding technique, which uses a long cloth to support the midsection. Services are available at partner locations in Munich, including Verenas Hautnah and Geburtshaus Pasing, or by arrangement at clients’ homes.
