Well-being & Positive Psychology Assessment Institute is a research organization exploring evidence-based psychological assessment that helps people understand and develop their strengths, individuality, and well-being. Its approach brings together positive psychology, personality psychology, and coaching psychology, combining statistical analysis and research evidence with personal stories and reflection.

The institute offers 17 free online psychological tests, with no registration or personal information required. Designed for individuals as well as workplace and organizational use, the assessments cover well-being, self-understanding, stress, thinking patterns, workplace relationships, leadership, and career adaptability. Tests explore topics such as resilience and well-being skills, positive reflection, stress-management strategies, cognitive biases, psychological safety, and leadership support skills. Rather than assigning a simple personality type, they present scores and domain-level patterns, explain relevant psychological concepts, and connect results to practical actions.

The institute also publishes accessible articles on psychological scales, research, and ways to use assessment results. Its resources include a Japanese edition of Tomorrowmind, a book on adaptability and resilience that includes an institute-developed psychological test.
