We are both funders and consultants, offering financial and pro-bono advisory support via our comprehensive network of professional organisations. We enable sustainable change to Hong Kong’s most pressing social issues, guided by the following principles. •Impact first – We are analytical in our approach in assessing SEs: their business model, financial viability and social impact – which is our goal to amplify, above all else. •Target HK SEs ready to scale-up – We target HK SE’s that are ready to appreciate the value of our offering, specifically those that have management capacity for in-depth engagement and can leverage on our strong support network. •Deploy recoverable capital – We believe financial sustainability is essential to achieving long-term social impact. Therefore, we instil financial discipline in SEs that are ready to scale-up, whilst equipping them with a comprehensive set of pro-bono resources. •Deep and multi-dimensional management engagement with scale-up SEs – We maintain a close working relationship with our portfolio SEs. Impact assessment and management engagement are conducted with regular reporting from investees monitoring financial, business and social parameters.
