Sireto

Sireto is a Netherlands-based AI and software technology company specialising in Regulatory Engineering: transforming legislation, regulation, standards and policy into structured, traceable, machine-readable knowledge that software and AI systems can use. Its NormLogic platform models regulatory requirements, obligations, conditions, exceptions and provisions, then turns them into executable rules, compliance checks and AI agent constraints. The platform’s compliance checker evaluates an organisation’s policies, procedures and controls against requirements from regulations including DORA, MiCA and PSD2, identifying coverage and gaps while linking each finding to its source provision.

NormLogic also supports regulatory change management, provenance, audit trails and interoperable representations. Sireto combines AI-assisted extraction with structured knowledge models and formal rules, using deterministic validation where accuracy and auditability matter. Beyond regulatory technology, the company offers applied AI engineering, including agentic systems, regulatory knowledge engineering, LLM engineering, AI evaluation, infrastructure and secure enterprise integration.

Its second product, openapi. ai, provides an OpenAI-compatible gateway with versioned capability contracts, input and output validation, failover, data governance and audit features
