Sirikata

Sirikata is a cutting-edge, BSD-licensed open-source platform designed for creating expansive and scalable virtual worlds. Unlike traditional single virtual spaces, Sirikata serves as a robust framework that empowers users to build and deploy their own custom virtual environments. This innovative platform includes essential tools such as servers for world simulation, graphical clients, and support for a unique scripting language called Emerson, specifically tailored for virtual world creation.

Users can easily upload and optimize their own 3D models on open3dhub.com for seamless streaming and rendering. For those looking to experience Sirikata firsthand, Kataspace is an accessible demo application that allows users to join a Sirikata world directly in their browser. The community is encouraged to contribute by fixing bugs, adding new features, or developing plugins. With a focus on collaboration and user feedback, Sirikata continues to evolve, making it an ideal choice for developers and enthusiasts aiming to explore the limitless possibilities of virtual worlds.
