Sir Walleye Charters

Sir Walleye Charters is a family-friendly Lake Erie fishing guide service led by Captain Kris Stoneburner, who brings two decades of experience on the lake and professional guiding expertise. Operating Central Basin walleye trips from Lorain, Ohio, the business welcomes families, children, friends, and corporate groups, with private charters reserved exclusively for each party.

Trips take place aboard a roomy 30-foot Baha 299 Fisherman, equipped with a hardtop, modern fishing technology, a private restroom, and space for up to six anglers. Charters run for five hours or until the group reaches its limit, with morning departures and seasonal afternoon trips available. Standard pricing covers up to four anglers, while Standard Plus accommodates five or six.

Sir Walleye supplies rods, reels, bait, and tackle. Depending on the season and conditions, Captain Kris uses trolling, jigging, or drifting techniques to target walleye. Guests need a valid Ohio fishing license if aged 16 or older, along with suitable clothing, sun protection, food, and drinks. Fish cleaning is available for an additional fee.
