Sisekaitseakadeemia, also known as the Internal Security Institute of the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, is a renowned brand that delivers exceptional education and training in the field of internal security. They are organizing a virtual seminar titled Lessons from the Belarusian Border Crisis on 22nd February 2022. This seminar aims to provide a platform for exchanging vital information and thoughts regarding the threats faced by the Baltics and Poland following the Belarusian border crisis.

The event will feature representatives from Latvian, Lithuanian, and Polish border guards, who will share their experiences and insights into the events that transpired at their respective borders during the crisis of 2021. Additionally, an Estonian Police and Border Guard Board representative will shed light on Estonia's preparedness to handle similar crises. The seminar will be moderated by Jaanika Puusalu, a junior research fellow.
