Sistema penale (SP) è una rivista online, aggiornata quotidianamente e ad accesso libero, pubblicata dal 18 novembre 2019. L’idea di fondo attorno alla quale si sviluppa il progetto, su iniziativa di un ampio gruppo di professori universitari e di magistrati, è di costituire e animare uno spazio aperto alla riflessione e al dibattito scientifico sui temi relativi al diritto e alla giustizia penale: al 'sistema penale', cioè, inteso in senso lato come realtà che abbraccia fenomeni, attività, corpi normativi e luoghi diversi.
