Sisterhood Of Servants is a non-profit charitable corporation founded by Phylicia Perry in 2007. Phylicia noticed a growing trend among women, where a few selfless individuals carried the burden of tasks and goals while others stood by and enjoyed the outcomes. This phenomenon was not limited to her local community but was prevalent throughout society.

From this observation, the concept of a sisterhood of servants was born. Sisterhood Of Servants brings women together to assess the needs of their communities and implement strategies to address those needs. When women join forces with a common purpose, their service has the potential to create a lasting impact for future generations.

Phylicia Perry, the founder, has been encouraging women for over 20 years, both in the United States and abroad, to use their gifts and abilities to make a difference in the lives of others. The organization believes in a heart for service, a heart for others.
