Sisterhood Seminars

Sisterhood Seminars offers educational programs that create a safe, supportive space for women and girls to learn and talk about life-stage changes. Led by Linda Sheldone, a registered nurse, the business focuses on puberty education for girls and guidance on perimenopause and menopause for adults.

Its “It’s a Girl Thing!” program helps girls and their caregivers understand the physical and emotional changes of puberty, while encouraging ongoing conversations. Sessions are available as private group seminars or through scheduled public events, in person and virtually. For adults navigating perimenopause or menopause, “Hot & Flashy” offers an opportunity to discuss what is happening, ask questions, and explore options in a relaxed group setting.

Sisterhood Seminars also offers a Social Butterfly badge program for Girl Scouts. Based in San Diego, the Reno-Tahoe Basin, and the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, it serves these areas and surrounding communities, and is available to travel. The organization has presented in California, Nevada, Indiana, Washington, Texas, and Georgia, and welcomes inquiries about hosting seminars in other locations.
