Sister's Barn

Sisters Barn Estate Sales is a Southeast Texas estate liquidation business run by Doreen Ibach and Rusty Hilton, retired chefs, antique collectors, and dealers. Based in Sour Lake, the team has hosted estate sales for more than 15 years, serving communities from Liberty to Orange and Port Arthur to Colmesneil, as well as occasional locations in College Station and La Grange.

The business organizes traditional tagged sales in clients’ homes, offered as public events or by appointment, and provides online sale options. It also offers free, no-obligation consultations. Its approach emphasizes treating family possessions with respect, obtaining the best prices possible, and staging sales that are enjoyable and interesting. Rusty is a Certified Personal Property Appraiser, and the business works with a network of experts to assist with evaluations.

Sisters Barn specializes in antique furniture and collectible vintage items. Featured sale merchandise has included oak furniture, carnival and Flow Blue glass, vintage Christmas items, brass beds, and other antiques and collectibles.
