Led by Anthony Kozma, D.O., a board-certified osteopathic physician with experience in pain management, addiction medicine, and whole-person care, the practice emphasizes individualized treatment, clear communication, and collaboration with patients and their care teams. Services include opioid use disorder treatment, alcohol use disorder management, smoking cessation support, chronic pain medication management, and osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT).
