Sitters Co is a caregiver placement agency serving families and candidates across South Africa. It helps households find nannies for babies and younger children, au pairs for school runs and after-school routines, and domestic workers for regular household support. Families can share their needs, schedules, location, salary expectations, and timing, then receive guidance through a structured placement process.

Before presenting candidates, Sitters Co reviews applications, speaks with applicants, and checks references. Families can explore secure candidate profiles and watch video introductions before choosing whom to interview. The agency also supports shortlisting, interviews, offers, and next steps, helping make the search more manageable from enquiry to hire.

For candidates, Sitters Co offers a way to apply for nanny, au pair, and domestic worker roles and connect with families. Its website also provides practical resources for both families and caregivers, including guides to choosing between a nanny and an au pair, South African salary ranges, and becoming an au pair. Sitters Co describes its approach as personal, professional, and guided.
