Six Dogs Distillery is a South African craft distillery located at the fringe of the Karoo, a semi-desert natural region. Nestled in the valley of De Wet, between the Breede River Valley and the Hex River Valley, this unique distillery is surrounded by the wild plants that grow in the Karoo. The distillery takes pride in using these wild plants, as well as growing their own botanicals and supporting local farmers who grow specific fruit for their gin.

The water used in their gin comes from the purest mountain water found in the valley. The journey of Six Dogs Distillery began with a humble shed and an old copper geyser converted into a still. The founders, Charles Bryant, Glenn Bryant, and Luigi Marucchi, shared a passion to create something special in the craft distillery industry.

Through research and experimentation, they developed a gin using traditional copper stills and innovative molecular distillation techniques. Driven by passion, Six Dogs Distillery has grown its brand and built a team of dedicated individuals. They have expanded their presence to export their gin to over 22 countries worldwide, with a particular focus on Europe.
