SIYB Bangladesh is the largest global business management training program that focuses on starting and improving businesses to create more and better employment opportunities for both men and women. They also emphasize the growth of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, as well as productive employment and decent work for all, including the youth and persons with disabilities.

SIYB Bangladesh has a rich history, originating from a business management training program called Look After Your Firm in the 1970s. Over the years, it has evolved and expanded its training packages, including Improve Your Business (IYB) and Start Your Business (SYB). In 2015, SIYB was introduced in Bangladesh, and since then, it has trained over 100 women and men, empowering them to develop their own businesses.

Recognizing the high unemployment rate in rural areas of Bangladesh, SIYB Bangladesh was formed as an independent non-profit organization to provide entrepreneurship development training and business development services. With the support of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and strategic partnerships with various organizations, SIYB Foundation of Bangladesh has been successfully delivering SIYB programs and training modules.
